Brad from Kemp It Clean made the leap from working in commercial cleaning to starting his own residential cleaning business in regional Victoria — and I was proud to support him every step of the way. I strategised, designed, and developed a clean, professional website optimised for Local SEO and set up his Google Business Profile to boost visibility from day one. Within weeks of launching in December 2024, Kemp It Clean appeared on page one of Google and was featured in the top three listings in the map pack — an impressive result for a brand new business.

Beyond digital strategy, I also designed business cards and branded magnets for Brad to distribute locally. We created a launch plan that combined online and offline tactics, including in-person visits to real estate agents and posting a Christmas special in local Facebook groups, which immediately attracted new clients. Brad’s friendly and trustworthy nature has helped him retain those clients, and his ongoing community engagement continues to bring in steady work. With a solid foundation in place, we’re now encouraging him to build his Google reviews to support future growth.
