Everyone who will be a decision maker in the project must be involved so that they can give their input right from the beginning.
Also, if you have a group of people, it’s helpful to have a note-taker – someone who can compile everyone’s responses into an agreed consensus.
How long does a Roadmapping Session take?
It depends. For a small business perhaps an hour or two. For a bigger business we may need half a day.
